An update and revision of International SEMATECH’s Guidelines for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Reference Manuals, Technician Training Programs, and Training Evaluation (Technology Transfer #93031567B-XFR), published May 29, 1998, with new information about instructor-led training and instructional design techniques not found in the 1998 publication.

Customer Support Engineer Certification Guidelines

(2002) 18 pages

Includes the following topics: Certification levels defined, Industry Development and Use Guidelines [guidelines for the application of the certification levels in the industry]

The document was jointly agreed upon by representative of various semiconductor companies and semiconductor equipment companies participating in the Technician Training Council Certification Task Force, sponsored by SEMATECH and SEMI/SEMATECH with the intent of standardizing equipment CSE certification programs.
